Exchange/Return Notice

1. You must apply for exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery.
2. In case of exchange or return because of product defect or mis delivery, you must apply within 14 days of receipt.
3. When you send the product, please repackage all components as they are received.
4. The roundtrip shipping fee is designated as depends on the countries.

Notification of No Exchange/Return

1. If an application for return is not filed within the exchange/return period (14 days from the date of product receipt)
2. In the case of repaired and washed products
3. If the value of the product is damaged due to carelessness of the customer (marks of wearing, removal of tags, stains, tears, cosmetic marks, etc.)
4. If it is damaged after washing by a method other than the washing method specified in the product care label (dark products and denim fabric may fade)
